On Sunday, being the first Sunday in Advent, a candle was lit by the Rev H Pugh. Readers were R Williams and E Schofield.
Mr Pugh officiated and the organist was Miss E Brown.
The grand Christmas raffle will be drawn on Wednesday, December 9 at the coffee morning to be held at Trelean, Sithney, home of Mrs P Mildren. Everyone welcome.
The service of Nine Lessons and Carols for the Parish of St Sithney will be held on Wednesday, December 16 at 7pm followed by tea and mince pies. Collections at the service for MacMillan Cancer Support.
