A man has been caught committing “an indecent act” with a dog in broad daylight at Pendennis Castle, not far from young families visiting on a busy Saturday morning.

As one of Falmouth’s most popular tourist attractions, the castle sees hundreds of thousands of visitors, including young families and school parties, step foot over the threshold each year – with a Saturday morning in July a peak time.

The man was spotted by a member of the public at 11.45am on Saturday, July 10 committing an “indecent act” with a dog in the castle grounds, according to a police spokesman.
