The 2010 Cornwall Food and Drink Festival gets underway at Truro’s Lemon Quay.
Visitors will be able to get a taste for Cornish cuisine, ranging from fish, to cream to the traditional pasty.
Michelin-star chef Nathan Outlaw will be cooking in a special chef’s theatre, where other culinary experts will be demonstrating their work free of charge.
For the children there is the Funky Food Zone, where budding chefs aged 11 and under can compete to make their own tasty treats.
The festival gets underway today and will run until Sunday.
