A van used in the horrific abuse of children by a Falmouth paedophile has been vandalised.
The black Mercedes van that belonged to grandfather and kitchen fitter James Machin has been daubed in graffiti the day after the Packet reported the details of the child abuse case that saw him jailed for 18 years.
The van was parked outside Duchy Kitchens on Penryn’s Commercial Road, Machin’s business, when it was attacked.
Before he was sentenced, the court had heard how Machin had power washed the same van to get rid of any incriminating evidence.
