Falmouth funeral directors opens service chapel
A new chapel for memorial services was opened today after a converted office at a Falmouth funeral directors was blessed by the Bishop of Truro.
The Rt Rev Tim Thornton and Canon John Harris from Penryn’s St Gluvias Church led the service at the new WJ Angove and Son.
Area manager Nigel Groves said: “We felt there was a need in the community for families not to have to travel all the way to Penmount Crematorium in Truro just to have a service for their loved ones, so we decided to convert the room into a chapel"
