People have been warned to call 999 if they see a see car that was stolen from Falmouth yesterday afternoon.
The public has been asked by police to be on the look out for the black BMW X5 but not approach it.
Instead, police have given the unusual instruction to call them on the emergency number 999, quoting reference GP/11/1575.
The car, registration number MJ02 KHH, was stolen during a burglary in Trescobeas Road between 4.30pm and 5.30pm yesterday.
A home was entered and computers and other personal belongings were also taken.
