Budock Water barn fire

Firefighters were called out to a barn fire in Budock on Thursday.
The barn measuring 80 by 60 feet, housed two tractors and a caravan Two appliances from Falmouth were mobilised, and when they arrived further assistance was requested from appliances from Truro and Redruth and the command support unit from St Just.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and two main jets were used to tackle the flames, with crews quickly able to extinguish the main fire.
At 4.45pm crews were still at the scene damping down hot spots and shortly after 5pm crews returned to their bases.
