Westernmost hotel set to open new conference centre

A new conference venue, part of a £3 million investment programme, is set to open at mainland England's westernmost hotel.
The 30-bedroom Land's End Hotel will officially open its new conference and meetings venue tomorrow (September 1) to cater for up to 100 delegates.
General manager at the hotel, David Bryans, said Land's End offered the "perfect environment" for the venue as the environs encourage "creativity, innovative problem solving, planning strategy and blue sky thinking."
