Exam success at Truro accountancy firm

Two members of staff at Robinson Reed Layton have passed their final exams to become Chartered Accountants.

David Horwell from St Austell and Vicky Reynolds from Threemilestone have spent the last three years studying as they work. They have each passed 15 exams and completed 450 days of technical work experience, including training in ethics and an initial professional development scheme.

Partner Graham Boulton is delighted with their achievements.

“David and Vicky have worked immensely hard to reach this level. The firm has enjoyed supporting them through their training and we are all proud of their success. Vicky has now moved to Cheltenham to pursue her career and we are sure her training at Robinson Reed Layton will stand her in good stead. David will be continuing his career with us.”
