St Mary's pupils enjoy sunny super sports day
After the rainy weather of early summer postponed St Mary’s school sports day, pupils had a chance to shine thanks to the sunny September weather.
The whole school event saw youngsters from all classes take to the sports field at the school, to run, jump and race for the line.
With the traditional running, egg and spoon and hurdles races, there was something for everyone to enjoy, not least the proud parents who lined the grassy bank overlooking the sports field to cheer on their young charges.
