Actor's visit to Gweek to be shown on TV
Actor turned TV presenter Lynda Bellingham caused quite a stir when she put in an appearance at Gweek Silver Band’s Gala Week earlier this year, and this afternoon her visit will be broadcast to the nation.
Ms Bellingham has been touring the country in a vintage campervan for My Tasty Travels with Lynda Bellingham, which sees her attending different events related to food.
In this afternoon’s episode, to be broadcast on ITV1 between 4pm and 5pm (Wednesday), will include her auctioning the first slices of hog roast at the gala festival.
She also visits the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek and takes a trip to Porthleven to meet some artists. The culinary challenge, which takes places each episode, will see her making a fish pie back in Gweek.
