More than 40 former pupils of Penryn Senior School have had a chance to chat and catch-up thanks to a 'Class of 87' reunion.
Held at St Gluvias Cricket Club, the event was organised by Adele Wiles (nee Honey) and Shelley Peters (nee Hart) and saw former teachers invited to see what their ex-pupils have been doing.
Adele said: “It was a great atmosphere. Pupils met up with former classmates and teachers and some who had not seen each other for over 25 years.
“BooBoo’s disco and karaoke was the entertainment for the evening where pupils and teachers sang karaoke and danced the night away.”
Former pupils travelled down from as far afield as Devon and all over Cornwall to attend, Adele said.
The evening raised £133.19, which will be donated to Penryn Saturday Club.
