Lasers, go-karts, pasties and Olympic challenges all added up to a fantastic summer fair at King Charles School in Falmouth last Saturday.
The event attracted large crowds as the weather stayed fine for the traditional day of fun.
Headteacher Heather Taylor said: “The day went really well. He held the fair each year at the beginning of term so we are able to both welcome the new pupils to the school and invite past pupils back to visit again.
“It gives us the chance to celebrate the start of the new school year together.
“The event was really well attended, and we were much luckier with the weather this year as it stayed dry all day.
“It was a really good community event and raised a lot of money.
“We had a pasty stall which sold out, and a bumper book sale which was also really popular.
The laser quest and go-karting proved really popular with the children, and we also saw the police supporting the event and an Olympic challenge obstacle course for the children.”
