Man in court over train station abuse

Alleged racist abuse and threatening behaviour at Penryn train station saw a Truro man appear in court this week.

Matthew James May, aged 31, of Trelander South is accused of launching a verbal attack on other station users on July 31.

He was bailed until November 26 when the case will come to trial and ordered not to enter Truro, Falmouth or Penryn train stations before that date.
