St Keverne sewage pipes tampered with

Six crimes reported in St Keverne during September included the theft of logs and “tampering” with pipes of a sewage works.
There were also two thefts involving items take from motor vehicles, one of which was the number plate.
In two separate incidents bicycles were reported stolen by holidaymakers. One involved the theft of men’s and woman’s bicycles from Coverack, with the other theft taking place in St Keverne.
In her report PCSO Julia Bell, from Helston Police Station, said this was an increase in the number of crimes reported, compared to in the same month last year.
