New weather warnings issued for Cornwall

Two weather warnings have been issued for Cornwall for Wednesday and Thursday, with fears heavy rain could lead to localised flooding.

The warnings have been issued by national forecasters at the Met Office.

The warnings for both days state: "The ground remains saturated, and with the threat of further heavy rain, the public are advised to be aware that localised flooding remains a risk."
