Regrettably this stretch of main road from Traboe to Garras is frequented by many, many reckless drivers, often trying to overtake me when I am signalling to turn right ( at least 6 occasions this summer ) Although most of the road is National Speed Limit ie 60 mph, there are good reasons why SLOW is painted on the road and SLOW appears in red triangle signs.
These drivers should be aware of one fatal accident on this road in recent years, but they drive in a most irresponsible manner and tend to disregard road signs to the detriment of other road users.
