David Boulton, owner of the Penryn based Autospray Body Repairs, recently joined more than 800 guests from across the accident repair and motor insurance industry, to find out the results of the annual British Bodyshop Awards.

On Tuesday, May 9, Mr Boulton was at the sixth annual awards, held at the Evolution in Battersea, where Autospray was handed the award for the Direct Line Group Best Customer Site of the Year for the UK.

He said he felt extremely proud and honoured to receive the award, it gives recognition to him and the team for all the hard work and dedication throughout the year, proving that their focus is on customer care as well as good workmanship.

The awards, hosted this year by writer, broadcaster and former MP, Gyles Brandreth, claim to be the biggest and best independent awards in the bodyshop industry, and offer a night of celebration for the UK body repair sector: motor insurers, bodyshop networks, vehicle manufacturers, training providers and accident management companies award their very best bodyshops and employees.
