The Flower Studio in Falmouth, formerly Jackie Phillips Flowers, is now under new management and its window displays are turning heads.
Karen Ghezzo has been a florist for more than 25 years, including owning a chain of shops in Exeter, but wanted a more quiet life in Cornwall and when the business was for sale she decided to relocate with her mother, Patti.
The sale was completed in February this year and the take over has been very successful, with Karen retaining the team who have been members of staff for over 15 years.
The rebranded store is about to launch a new website, featuring traditional and bespoke floral designs, and also offers consultations for brides-to-be for tailor made commissions. The current window display features a mannequin wearing a dress made entirely from fresh flowers, and has caused quite a buzz within the town.
Karen has said she would like to wish all past and present customers a warm welcome to The Flower Studio.
