A person was been taken to hospital on Sunday after a serious crash near the Avers roundabout.
Firefighters were called to the roundabout on the A30 towards North Country on Sunday night at 10.20pm.
Twelve firefighters in a major appliance, the Rescue Tender from Camborne and two firefighters in a landrover from Redruth attended and found the car had left the road and was on the verge.
Crews used crash rescue equipment to cut free one trapped casualty, who was taken to hospital.
