The RSPCA in Cornwall are asking for help tracking down the owner of a tiny three week old puppy found callously dumped in a Redruth car park.
The three week old Yorkie cross, named Issey, was given to vets at The Veterinary Centre on Drump Road on Friday after being found in a box by a passing member of the public on Friday.
The RSPCA is asking how the puppy came to be in the car park, and separated from its mother so early, amid fears that there may be more that have been abandoned.
Thanks to the passer-by, Felicity Cross, an RSPCA inspector, and a friend, little Issey survived the experience and is being hand fed.
