Police officers stopped a 27-year-old Camborne man in the street it was because they could smell drugs on him.
At Truro Magistrates’ Court Darren Arthur Young, of Newton Road, Camborne, pleaded guilty to possessing 0.1 grams of cannabis worth £1 and 0.1 grams of heroin worth £7.43, in December and November respectively. He had previous convictions.
He was given a conditional discharge for a year and had to pay £100 costs and surcharge.
