A man has been charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist at Mawgan on Good Friday last year.
Philip Dickens, aged 38, of Wheal Gorland Road, St Day, pleaded not guilty at Truro Magistrates’ Court where he faced a charge of causing the death of motorcyclist Guy John Phillips, by driving a car without due care and attention at Rosevear Hill.
His case was adjourned for trial to Truro Magistrates’ Court on a date to be fixed.
