A chance to own your own village pub is being offered when the Queens Arms in Constantine goes under the hammer at auction next month.

The pub in Fore Street is among 24 lots listed for sale by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, on May 8. With its first floor living accommodation, a car park and a beer garden, the pub has a freehold guide price of £140,000 to £160,000.

It already has a tenant and is let at £13,500 per annum on a rolling tenancy which was last renewed in April 2014.

Katie Semmens, senior auction valuer, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to invest in a lovely, country-style pub in a popular village. It is the perfect chance for someone to own their own pub, with the benefit of already having a tenant in place.”

The auction will take place at 11am at the St Mellion International Resort on Friday, May 8.
