Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 60s was robbed at his home in Camborne at the weekend.

Two men broke into the property in The Glebe at around 3am on Saturday and disturbed the victim. The men, described as wearing black balaclavas and dark clothing, stole cash and a bank card before leaving the address.

Detective Sergeant Steve Moorcroft of Camborne CID, said: “This is an unusual crime for the area which has left the victim very upset and shocked.. We are appealing for the public’s help and would like to speak to anyone who knows who is responsible, and any witnesses who saw suspicious activity in the Glebe area of the town in the early hours of Saturday.”
