Police are investigating reports of two drive-by pellet gun incidents in Camborne which happened this weekend.
The first took place at around 2pm on Saturday, December 12, when a 17-year-old woman was jogging along Roskear when it appears she was shot by a pellet gun in her back, causing a small red mark and broken skin.
The second incident took place on the pavement on Fore Street, Barripper at around 2.20pm when a 66 year old man was shot in the chest by a pellet. He suffered a minor injury on the right side of his chest and was shaken up.
Police said: "It is reported that a red vehicle was driving by at the time of the first incident, and police believe that the person who had fired the pellet was in a moving car during both incidents."
