A radio broadcaster from Camborne has been honoured by the Council of Gorsedh Kernow at their annual awards.
Matthew Clarke has won the Cornwall Enterprise award for outstanding achievement in Cornwall by someone showing initiative and attaining success.
For 18 years he was a professional broadcaster and media trainer, and since 2008 has been the weekly producer of Radyo an Gernewegva, which was shortlisted for the 2014 International Celtic Media Festival Awards.
Winners will be invited to receive their certificate at the annual gathering of several hundred bards of Gorsedh Kernow and special guests.
This year’s Gorsedh is taking place in Torpoint on September 6.
