A major fire at a commercial garage at Higher Condurrow, Camborne, on Sunday saw a huge call out of firefighters.
A total 35 Fire service staff and seven engines attended the incident on four major fire appliances with one water carrier, one command support vehicle and one operational support vehicle were mobilised from Camborne, Helston, Truro, St Just and Falmouth.
Arriving minutes after 11pm, the first crews at the scene reported a building used as a commercial garage 15 x 15 metres and two cars was "well alight".
The crews also established that gas cylinders were also involved.
A spokesman said: "Two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a hydrant were iused and a thermal imaging camera was used to check the temperatures of the gas cylinders involved.
Adding that as more crews arrived, four breathing apparatus with one hose reel jet and one main jet was used.
At 12.28am it was confirmed that the fire had been extinguished.
A fire investigation has been carried out on this incident.
