Falmouth councillors have offered no objections to plans to open a pizzeria restaurant and take-away in what was the former WC Rowes bakery shop in Killigrew Street.
Sandra Floris has applied for consent to refurbish the shop and use the front of the building as the restaurant and bar area with a preparation/kitchen area and toilet at the rear.
Her plans require a change of use of the premises from A1 to A5.
The application will be determined by Cornwall Council.
