Stithians man fined over no seatbelt
A man from Stithians has been ordered to pay more than £200 after pleading guilty to driving his van without a seatbelt.
Magistrates in Truro ordered Shaun Brett Charles, 48, of Collins Parc, to pay a £100 fine, with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs, after admitting the offence, which occurred in Southgate Street, Redruth, on September 8 last year.
