The British Heart Foundation (BHF) Redruth shop has celebrated its 20th birthday, thanks to the support of the local community.
The BHF team and Redruth locals celebrated in store with a party and all long-serving volunteers were awarded certificates in thanks of all their hard work. Sarah Boardman, BHF area manager, said: “We’ve enjoyed a fantastic 20 years of business in Redruth shop. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers and volunteers who really make this shop special and help the BHF fund its life-saving research.
“We are looking forward to welcoming even more customers in the Redruth shop and making the next 20 years equally as successful. We’re always in need of stock, so if you’re having a clear out, join the fight for every heartbeat today and help fund life-saving research with your donations.”
Located at 16 and 17 Fore Street, Redruth, the shop offers a wide range of goods such as clothes, shoes, accessories, DVDs, books and CDs. All the profits raised from sales goes into the fight against heart disease and funds the BHF’s life-saving research.
