Outset Cornwall are giving the budding entrepreneurs across the county the chance to attend a ‘1 to 1’ session with one of their business start-up advisors.

The next round of dates reach far and wide across the Duchy with over 20 introductory sessions and includes those taking place in Falmouth on Sunday, October 25, and November 1, and at Chacewater on November 8, and in Truro on November 10.

The individual appointments will be a chance for anyone looking to set up a business to find out more about the Outset Cornwall programme, ask questions, discuss their ideas and sign up for the programme.

Programme director, Kate Perkin, said: "Outset’s flexible approach empowers people to take charge of their lives and overcome a range of potential barriers or challenges on their journey to self-employment.”

The Outset Programme is supporting people within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to explore the possibility of becoming self-employed or start a business through a series of funded workshops that are taking place across the county.

Outset Cornwall, which has been funded by the European Regional Development Fund, DCH and the Outset Foundation, provides tailor-made business start-up support, helping individuals to further explore their business idea.

Anyone interested in attending one of the initial information sessions can book online at outsetcornwall.co.uk, email info@outsetcornwall.co.uk, or call 0800 917 4324 to speak to a member of the team.
