A SUSPECTED paedophile who went missing in Wiltshire five years ago after being arrested in connection with the possession of online indecent images of children has been found in Falmouth.
An appeal was put out by Wiltshire Police in 2012 after Andrew Simmonds, 57, went missing from his home in the county on March 2 that year.
Despite appeals in local and regional media at the time and a thorough investigation he could not be found - until now.
Today Falmouth police said they had arrested Mr Simmonds who had originally been arrested in connection with the possession of online indecent images of children and had failed to answer bail.
The arrest was made in Church Street Falmouth at around 2.30pm today.
