A large tree branch fell on power lines in Penryn at 9.21am today (June 21) leaving 647 houses without electricity.
Western Power were quick to address the issue and restored power to 434 houses within the hour.
By 10.45am, all of the affected houses in Falmouth had their electricity restored.
Several properties in Penryn were still without power as of 11:45am as the electricity has to be restored in phases, but it is estimated that power will be up and running by 12.55pm.
