The weekend will be a busy one for A&P Falmouth staff as three cruise ships are expected in port as the season gets well underway.
On Friday the AIDAvita is inward bound from Miami on a trans-Atlantic cruise which ends in Hamburg next week. The 42,289-ton, 1,266-passenger cruise ship AIDAvita was designed as “club ship”, ultra-casual like all vessels in AIDA Cruises fleet. She is due back in October at the start of another trans-Atlantic repositioning cruise.
Saga Cruises Saga Pearl II arrives on Saturday morning from Southampton on her “Flavours of France and Spain” cruise.
Fred Olsen’s Boudicca returns to the port on Sunday at the end of her Canary Islands cruise when she disembarks 800 passengers and embarks more for her next Falmouth to Falmouth “Lands End to John O’Groats cruise.
