Falmouth Theatre Company's open casting call

Falmouth Theatre Company is starting rehearsals for its latest production and is looking for anyone who is keen to join.
The production, Hello Dolly, is to be performed at the Princess Pavilion and will be featuring all the beloved songs and dances such as 'Put on Your Sunday Clothes' and 'It Only Takes a Moment' all to be choreographed by Samantha Taylor and Dawn Holdroff.
Telling the story of matchmaker Dolly Levi, who falls for one of her own clients, the wealthy store owner Horace Vandergelder, the musical is to start showing from April 30 and finish May 4.
With parts in the chorus still to be cast and a possibility of two principal parts, director Jolyon Hargreaves and musical director Sarah Curnow is encouraging locals to join them.
As well as this, there are also appeals to carpenters, painters and anyone who would like to help build the sets and sceneries needed for the play.
Rehearsals are at 7.30pm every Tuesday at the Harris Rehearsal Rooms, by the Jacobs Ladder Pub and the cast will welcome anyone who wants to come by.
