Snow White will be treading the boards with cowboy boots this week for the 2013 pantomime in Flushing.

For Snow White and the Magnificent Seven Dwarves, Flushing Panto Group will be performing the original story with a Wild West twist.

Snow White (Beth Martin) is heiress to the “Happy Ever After Cattle Ranch” on the prairie.

Her wicked stepmother (Catherine Devereux) is jealous of Snow White’s beauty and plots to separate her from her fortune.

Will Snow White be able to survive her treacherous schemes and win the hand of Sheriff Vince Charming (Sorcha Yates)?

A band of seven brave miners, her lifelong friend Nanny Oakley (Mark Tynan), a One-eyed Slim (Rob Leech) and a brainless idiot, Billy the Kid, (Alan Martindale) are all out to help her.

It is being billed as a family panto full of silliness and audience participation.

The pantomime is being performed at St Peter’s Church Hall in Flushing every night until Saturday.

Doors open at 7pm |and all performances start at 7.30pm.

Tonight (Wednesday) and Friday are “picnic nights” where all seats cost £6 and audience members are encouraged to take their own picnic, wine and glasses.

Tomorrow (Thursday) and Saturday is standard seating, costing £5 for adults and £4 for children.

All proceeds are in aid of Flushing C of E Infants School.

Tickets are available from Flushing Village Stores, The Seven Stars and The Royal Standard.
