Falmouth bar to homes plan is approved

Planning permission has been granted to change the use of Jago’s Bar and cellar in Falmouth’s Webber Hill into two, two bedroomed maisonettes.
Consent already exists for the conversion of the building’s upper floors into three flats so the total number of residential units proposed for the site is now five.
