Craft groups from in and around Falmouth and Penryn are being asked to take on a charity knitting challenge and make legwarmers to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
The charity’s Sue Piper said: “We’re hoping hundreds of wonderful legwarmers will be knitted and these will then be sold by one of our corporate supporters, trampoline supplier Super Tramp, on our behalf to help raise money for us.”
The company is offering clubs a free legwarmer pattern created by knitwear designer, Rebecca Peach which can be downloaded or printed off by visiting www.supertramp.co.uk. Completed legwarmers should be sent to Super Tramp by July 30.
