Falmouth student faces court over Class A, B and C drugs allegations
A Falmouth student has appeared in court over drug allegations.
Joseph Henry Collins, 23, who gave a Warminster, Wiltshire, address, but was said to be a student currently living in Falmouth, entered no plea at Truro Magistrates’ Court to six allegations of possessing drugs of Classes A, B and C at Falmouth in June.
He is also accused of being concerned in the production of cannabis.
The case was sent to Truro Crown Court on October 28.
