The owner of Potters Meadow in Penryn is seeking planning permission to add a first floor conservatory extension and external terrace to the Kernick Road house.
The extension would be accessible from the upper ground level, and would sit above a sloping garden area on a frame of galvanized steel posts and beams.
Permission is being sought to build two semi-detached houses next to 26 Cosawes Estate in Ponsanooth. The two-bedroom houses would be in the garden of a house which lies at the entrance to the cul-de-sac, where permission had been granted in 1987.
A planning application has been made to create a small annexe at a 19th Century cottage in Perranwell Station by converting an existing outbuilding. The plan is to remove the roof of the outbuilding at Bargus Cottage, on Bargus Common, and replace it with a pitched slate roof and turn the interior into a single bedroom and open living area for family use.
