The curtain will fall this evening on the annual Flushing pantomime, following a week of performances of Mother Goose.

Cath Devereux as Mother Goose, Lucy Collett as Virtue, Layla Crabtree as Vanity and Steve Hancock as Candy the magic goose, led the cast through five performances this week.

Performances of the panto will end in St Peter’s Church Hall this evening, with tickets on sale from the village shop, The Seven Stars and The Royal Standard, with all proceeds going to Flushing Infant School.
The producer is Deborah Lansdowne, with musical director David Lansdowne and scenery by Mick and Pam Rowan.

One of the organisers, Irene Gardiner, said: “If you want a magical and memorable evening, what are you waiting for?”
