Bid to build cottages at Berkeley Vale in Falmouth is rejected
An application seeking outline consent to build a pair of cottages at the rear of 6 Berkeley Vale in Falmouth has been refused by Cornwall Council.
It was considered the new properties would constitute an over-development of the site and would also be unneighbourly.
