Andreas Christopheros was badly injured in the acid attack
A second person has been charged following an acid attack in Truro last year.
Nicole Phillips age 45 from Hastings, Sussex, has been charged with perverting course of justice. She is due to appear at Bodmin Magistrates Court on Thursday 30th April.
The incident took place in Carrine Road on Tuesday, December 9 after a corrosive substance, believed to be acid, had been thrown in the face of Andreas Christopheros.
David Phillips, 48, from Hastings, Sussex, was earlier charged with GBH with intent and is due to stand trial on June 8 at Truro Crown Court.
