NINE people had to be checked over by the ambulance service last night after a two vehicle collision on the A39 in the Treluswell area.
Firefighters from Falmouth and the rescue tender from Tolvaddon were called to the scene at 2.05am this morning after receiving a call saying people were trapped in their vehicles.
On arrival they found that nobody was trapped but casualties were being checked over by paramedics from the ambulance service.
Fire and rescue personnel made the vehicles and the scene safe while South West ambulance service said in total nine people had to be checked over but none needed hospital treatment. All were taken to a place of safety.
