The winners of the Packet's Win A Wedding competition, which was held in association with St Michael's Hotel and Spa, exchanged their vows on Saturday surrounded by family and friends.
The long wait was worth it for Tammy Duckham and Scott Hackett who emerged from the hotel on Falmouth's seafront to glorious sunshine meaning they and their guests could make the most of the hotel's grounds.
Tammy and Scott, who live in Falmouth, were among eight finalists in last year's competition. After thousands of votes were cast and then counted, the pair were declared the winners and set about planning their big day.
The prize included the wedding ceremony and reception at the St Michael's Hotel along with all the essentials including the dress, the suit, the rings, the cake and more. This was all made possible thanks to the various companies who got behind the Win A Wedding competition and contributed prizes.
These included Khalile Siddiqui Photography, Wedding Flowers of Cornwall, Absolute Chocolate, Amelia’s Classic Cars, Frocks and Frills, You Say I Do Design, HFM Barbers, Bow Accessories, Babalu Films, Little Anne Maids, Clare’s Cakes, Snazzy Balloons and Wearne’s Jewellers.
