I am disgusted by the amount of dog mess that seems to be on the pavements around Falmouth. I was walking up Trelawney Road and down the other side towards town and every few steps there was either dog mess that had not been picked up, or the remnants of dog mess. I have 2 small children, who we were having to guide as it was not possible for them to walk independently without stepping in this mess.
I might be wrong, but this increase has coincided with the bans of on the beaches. Having said that, myself and my family will not go near a beach that does not get ‘washed’ by the incoming tides. The amount of dog mess we see in beaches is also concerning.
