A man has been charged with the murder of a Porth Kea man and the attempted murder of his wife.
Jonathan Vivian Cock, of Penzance, has been charged by police with the murder of Adam Hustler and attempted murder of his wife Amanda Hustler and eldest daughter Danielle Hustler.
It follows an incident that took place at Porth Kea, between Falmouth and Truro, on September 20 this year.
Following an application by police to magistrates in Truro, 23-year-old Cock has been remanded at Exeter Prison until November 21, when he will appear before Truro Crown Court.
