Asda Penryn has launched a search for sports clubs in the area to help provide free sports for children.

Launched last year, the Asda Sporting Chance campaign helps make sport for families on a tight budget more affordable.

During every school holiday, Asda arranges at least five free sessions of sports for children within a ten-mile radius of the store.

Examples in the Falmouth area include bowls at Falmouth Bowling Club and martial arts and Mahers Martial Arts Academy in Truro.

Sports clubs can get involved by calling 0113 2376500 while youngsters can pick up sports vouchers in store, from www.asda-sportingchance.co.uk or by calling 0113 2376555.
