A PENRYN man is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a three-year-old child and to 14 charges of making or possessing indecent images of children.
Michael John Brooke-Feather, 30 of Poltair Meadow, Penryn, was appearing at Truro Crown Court last week.
The images, revealed prosecutor Philip Lee, involved all levels of seriousness and included extreme pornography.
“Some of the charges are particularly serious,” Judge Christopher Harvey Clark QC told Brooke-Feather.
“It is almost inevitable that you will be sent to immediate custody, but before I pass sentence I would be assisted by a probation officer's report. In the meantime I will with some hesitation allow you to remain on bail.”
